Benefits of TCSS Membership

• Throughout the year there are activities for everyone, the beginner as well as the more experienced, interested in cacti and other succulents.
• Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. and can be a very beneficial experience.
• Speakers, slide shows, door prizes, plant raffles, show and tell, plant swaps, free plants and discussions are some of the various activities that you will find at each meeting, as well as the fun of seeing and talking with others who share your interest in these plants.
• The Society has a library of books which are available to members.
• Each month you can read our newsletter "Desert Breeze" that has interesting information and updates on upcoming events and news of interest to all club members. The newsletter is available for free on-line, or can be received in the mail by paying an extra $10 per year to cover printing, postage, and handling.
• There are many ways you can get involved in the organization and participate. Each year elections are held for board members. In addition, there are committees that work to improve our educational functions and activities. We are a volunteer group that encourages you to please ask about participating in activities that will only help improve your life and the society.
• TCSS members are mostly from the Tucson area, but members are also from various parts of the United States. Join today, make new friends and become a member of a great organization!

Membership dues run from January 1 through December 31 each year.
